I have a pair of Keen sport sandals with a rubbery sole and canvas and fake-leather straps. After wearing them around on hot days and sweating in them, they are a bit funky. Washing them in mild soap makes the funk go away for about a day. Anyone have a recommendation for some kind of disinfecting solution I could soak them in that won%26#039;t discolor the fabrics? (i.e., bleach is out of the question).
How to clean and disinfect sport sandals?
A sink full of water and a cup of hydrogen peroxide. Let it soak for about 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then set in the sun.
